CHRISTMAS BREAK-UP 2011

Who said Rotarians can't make idiots of themselves?   Here's some evidence to the contrary.  

This year's theme was "Hollywood" and it was great to see the variety of ways this theme was interpreted!   We had a judge from "Laugh-in", there was Davy Crockett who wasn't talking to Chief Long White Cloud, Mrs Doubtfire turned up and had to cope with serious wardrobe malfunctions, Smurfs were out in force - both "Baker Smurf" and "Smurfette" herself, Ellie Mae Clampett and brother Jed turned up, the Mad Hatter made an appearance in company with the Queen of Hearts, and Snow White turned up too.   Santa was working hard at sporting a redder nose than Rudolf.   There were pirates and plainclothes people.   And we had both a pushy booking agent and an in-your-face photographer from the papparazzi.
